I have to disagree here -- I READ the base /usr/src makefile and it didn't tell me
that I could safely install and reboot having done the aout-to-build followed by
aout-to-elf-install.  Rather the kernel install barfed warning me to go read the
page, at which point I didn't know if the full rebuild had handled the problem for
me.  I don't know what's on the page, but instructions for getting boot blocks
updated (or notification it was done) needs to be in the build itself.
