Hi DES,

Yesterday, a RELENG_4 upgrade of a box that was running -stable as of
2002-07-22 broke OpenSSH's PermitEmptyPasswords option.

The solution was to add nullok to module arguments of the sshd auth
pam_unix.so line in /etc/pam.conf.
