The permmission is actually this even replugging:
crw-rw-rw-  1 uucp  dialer  - 0x29f Mar 16 17:22 /dev/cuaU0
rw-rw-rw-  1 root  wheel  - 0x29c Mar 16 17:22 /dev/ttyU0
