I'm trying do configure an internet connection (ppp) in a computer with FreeBSD 4.1 Release. I'm with some problems with a modem configuration. I know that I am a novice and maybe that's the bigger problem. But dmesg says the following: unknown0: at port 0x3e8-0x3ef irq5 on isa0 Is it a winmodem and I should give up? Or maybe I'm doing something wrong and I have to try again ? Thanks Daniel To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
