Eh, no. The /32 says that you're insisting on 32 bits of the IP
number agreeing.
Try ``/0'' instead. The above log says that you're insisting on the
peer using 207.33.94.1 when he wants 204.118.173.1.
You want
set ifaddr ..../0 204.118.173.1/0
