I read that in the newest release (I thought it is 3.3.6) the NVIDIA GeForce is supported. You probably have 3.3.5. See also http://www.xfree86.org/ as this more a XFree86 question than a FreeBSD question. The newest version of XFree86 is in the ports-collection. See http://www.freebsd.org/ports/ for more info on how to update and install your ports. I hope you have a direction to search here. BTW: You can use the generic SVGA server. It will give you more then 320x200 probably.
