Both 1.2.7 and 1.2.10_2 ? No, chances are, 1.2.10 overwrote everything in 1.2.7. In the future, you can use pkg_delete to remove installed ports or packages. If you wanted, you could remove 1.2.7 and 1.2.10, and install 1.2.10 again. There is also a great ports/packages management tool called portupgrade in /usr/ports/sysutils.
