I have no insight into Strato's operations, but from having to support a =
bunch of non-technical people who are customers, I'd say it was =
relatively painless, because Strato provided good instructions, and the =
(non-techincal) customers were using GUI clients already anyway where =
they only needed to switch from FTP to SFTP.
