Ok, while I was in the train I thought I forgot to tell you something :) The computer in question is a SONY laptop which has a touchpad and I'm connecting the new mouse to the PS2. So I think XFree doesn't the external mouse but the mouse can send signal. no ? My touchpad has two real buttons but no scroll. Only the external mouse has a scroll. That's maybe why ! Any idea ?
