The only things that stand out are:
?=A0 x11-clocks
?=A0 archivers
besides INDEX-9, etc.=20

UPDATED:
/shells/ has also gone missing.=A0 I'm wondering if the original svn of the=
=20
source tree missed those two somehow... or they disappeared during a
fsck_ffs -y command, or the cntl-c of a { svn ... --depth files }
which I had to unexpectedly end because it was taking longer than=20
several *hours*...
