Patch for print/cups

Some users are stuck with grayscale printing because CUPS ignores the
"ColorModel" option set by users.

The bug has been fixed upstream:

*
https://github.com/OpenPrinting/cups/pull/417/commits/b0f1a00a02e9f92f8a3c4=
2ec90806ba4e4e532ec
"Don't override color settings from print dialog"

*
https://github.com/OpenPrinting/cups/pull/451/commits/c114e3c9827af77e4574e=
c92f46ed4688b0a3059
    "scheduler/ipp.c: Convert incoming ColorModel attribute"

I have attached a patch that contains the two commits above.
