I've had a patch for this (and math/tomsfastmath) ready for a month or
so now. I've held off on submitting them until Libtomcrypt 1.12 is out,
at which point I was going to update all 3 at once. Libtomcrypt 1.11 is
a pretty buggy release so I'd prefer to update all 3 at once when I'm
capable of properly testing them with a good Libtomcrypt release.

While the patch is identical to the one I have held off on submitting
I'd still like to wait until this can be tested with Libtomcrypt 1.12.
