The above was completely wrong. The order of growisofs's arguments had no effect. When I wrote #1, I was using mount_cd9660 and I thought that it could not be written properly. I think it could not read correctly on ubuntu, but it was= my misunderstanding. I can read it correctly both by ubuntu and by mount_udf of freebsd.
