Err? AFAIR, iijppp won't redial unless there is traffic which is
allowed through the `dfilter' to trigger the dialing process... It
won't redial when the line drops unless/until there is traffic to make
it dial, in other words. In the meantime, your net at home could be
going mad without the link...
