The patch was committed to RELENG_4_3 at the same time as the other branches, but this was overlooked in the advisory. We're still getting used to this RELENG_4_3 thing as well, so your patience is requested. We also need to figure out how to handle binary security packages when kernel updates are involved; the only really feasible thing to do would be to build a kernel.GENERIC package for people who want to use it.
