I deinstalled both of the linux JDKs, and am now watching the "native" jdk compile. Strange, how it needs to fetch stuff from the sun-linux install :-( So, when I get a proper JDK, I will link the libjavaplugin_oji.so to /usr/X11R6/lib/browser_plugins.
