	Yup.  Like Verizon & MSN.  IMO, this is a good thing for most 
customers, because it prevents them from being abused as open relays.

	For those few that are capable of properly administering their 
mail server, I would expect them to be willing and able to pay more 
for a business-grade account that would allow them to have direct 
(and unfettered) Internet access.
