I've the 3c589 card, don't know about the revision, running 2.2-snap
from sometime back and it as worked beautifully. However, remember
that in some BIOSes you have to open up the memory window for the card
to use. (that is at least disable shadow memory at the address range,
you also may need to specify an address range that is in use by "ISA
cards")
