I'm not going to use this README - this is the old one!  As I said in
my posting, the documents are NOT ready to translate yet, I just
wanted to find out who I could count on to do the translations in
advance so that when I *did* have the information available, I could
point the right people at it.

You wasted your time translating the old README file! :-( :-(
