I'm having lots of difficulty reaching Shimon by mail. I've received info
that he is moving in the US to a different state. At the same time 
simon-shapiro.org seems to have lost DNS, MX etc. Internic tells me the
domain is still registered.

Might be the reason you don't hear much, if anything
