It could be, possibly, added to the CVS/Template. Before doing any commit,
I am always considering if any of the tags apply. If anything, this may
give one pause, assuming some of the same reasoning is considered. That
being said, having a hook to disallow, or allow, for a given ports tree
phase, respectively, is a good thing.
