Mounting a share from server using -Ekoi8-r:cp866 under root: $ mount -t smbfs //RU@WHALE/RU on /net/whale/ru (smbfs) 2. Mounting another share from this same server using -Ekoi8-r:cp866: $ mount_smbfs -E koi8-r:cp866 //whale/movies mnt Warning: no cfg file(s) found. mount_smbfs: can not setup kernel iconv table (koi8-r:tolower): syserr =3D = Operation not permitted Cheers, --=20 Ruslan Ermilov Sysadmin and DBA, ru@sunbay.com Sunbay Software AG, ru@FreeBSD.org FreeBSD committer, +380.652.512.251 Simferopol, Ukraine http://www.FreeBSD.org The Power To Serve http://www.oracle.com Enabling The Information Age --qMm9M+Fa2AknHoGS Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.1 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQE+OPvyUkv4P6juNwoRAsM2AJ4hdCrtbJ2713/ENlU1pYYrLsOfAQCcCMBh aR8CVxLBqbJT63H1u6eWR+w= =JQht -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --qMm9M+Fa2AknHoGS-- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
