This discussion seems very strange, since I don't really understand how anyone could effectively use FreeBSD (or any flavor of UNIX) without understanding English in the first place. I've never heard of any localized versions of UNIX (?). More generally, it's virtually impossible to work in the IT field anywhere today without having some reasonable command of English, although I suppose there are a few desert islands somewhere where it isn't absolutely necessary. -- Anthony
