If you think it is a bug, I will resubmit. I am trying to install FreeBSD on a laptop. At the beginning of the installation (kernel config?), where you specify various controllers, the 4.1 install CD lets me specify an IRQ for my PC Card controller (which is 11). The installation CDs for 4.2-RELEASE and 4.3-RELEASE do not allow me to specify an IRQ and thus hang during that initial boot/install sequence. -- Bob Boyken / EG&G / 812-854-1054 boyken_r@crane.navy.mil http://www.boyken.org To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-bugs" in the body of the message
