Why is my PGP failing to authenticate this message?

I grabbed his public key from ftp://freebsd.org/pub/CERT/public_key.asc

Added it, and verified his finger print via the handbook. 

I'm using pgp 2.6.2. His public key appears to be 2.6.3i.
