Since the CLIBRARY define didn't work, I bit the bullet and edited ctype.h to add a leading _ to all dummies. That worked and made proj and geod just fine. Hopefully it'll work with the 2.6.3 thing; I already ran into trouble with xv using -O and had to use no opt to make it work on nasa picture files. Don't know if this is the right thing but if it is, could someone commit it? -- Pete
