	at the risk of generating more mail about the fact that we
	are all receiving too much mail, i have contacted rtd.com
	and removed them from the lists.  cycle time seems to be
	running about 35 minutes from freefall to rtd.com and back,
	so in about that much time the duplications should stop.
	at least ti was a newserver that recognises articles it
	has already processed.
