You don't need imwheel.  With FreeBSD 6.1 and X.org 6.9, wheel mice
should work out of the box: devd (enabled by default) starts moused
(default configuration works fine for USB mice) when a USB mouse is
plugged in, and X understands wheel events from moused without any
special configuration.

The only problem you may run into is the IntelliMouse Explorer issue,
where fast scrolling in a browser window may be misinterpreted as
forward / backward history commands.
