In the 4.5-RELEASE I was able to mount and umount my CD-R/DVD with no problems. In both versions my dmesg shows: acd0: CD-RW at ata1-master PIO4 But after the upgrade I try to mount a cd and I get # mount_cd9660 /dev/acd0c /cdrom /dev/acd0c: Device not configured # I check in /dev/ and there it is. Try to reconfigure it by # sh MAKEDEV acd0 # But still the same. What I don't get is, why it works with 4.5-RELEASE and not with 4.6-RELEASE. Is this posiible? I will really apreciate your help, I need to burn some info. thanks in advance and please CC cuz I'm not in the list Gerardo Amaya To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-hardware" in the body of the message
