w/o pao, you can't.  With PAO you can do this, only if you can somehow
disable one of the them.  Or you may be able to map the card to
somewhere other than 0x110 or 0x310.  I don't think that PAO currently
supports accessing the flash cards via their memory mapping
functionality.
