That's because the port is marked NO_PACKAGE.  As you can see at
http://bento.FreeBSD.org/, a NO_PACKAGE port doesn't get its distfile
fetched automatically.

 * Hmm, wonder why it got nuke, the port master put it there for me.  Anyways
 * for now you can grab it from my site:
 * 	http://www.ambrisko.com/doug/etherboot-4.1pre9.tar.bz2
