A plug in like the one my current monitor is plugged into does not exist on the back of the box, and I don't know what to ask for in order to acquire the necessary hardware. Local (Nampa, Idaho) and Anchorage custom computer folks don't have a clue as I've been able to learn so far (one I thought to be among the better of Anchorage cc's even told me Unix is old, outdated and not used much anymore and would hear nothing to the contrary). I also tried Boise State University, and the recommended computer guy--I'll try another tomorrow--had to be reminded that his student account was running on Unix. Any and all help will be appreciated. The day will come when I will contribute more that one answer in three months.
