I HAVE JUST HAD THE SAME PROBLEM, SIMLY DOWNLOAD THE LATEST BIOS UPDATE FOR
THE LAPTOP FROM DELL (A09)  AND UPDATE, PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
