It's just a file, nothing too special needed.
${MKDIR} ${STAGEDIR}${PREFIX}/etc/periodic/daily
${INSTALL_SCRIPT} ${WRKSRC}/40.blah ${STAGEDIR}${PREFIX}/etc/periodic/daily/
pkg-plist:
etc/periodic/daily/40.blah
