The high end of todays dual P4 Xeon boards come with only 64-bit PCI=20
slots, they also accept up to 16GB of memory.
The low cost boards come with 2-3 32-bit PCI slots and a cople of 64-bit =

ones they takes up to 8-12GB of memory.
