I think that at this point all of this should be coordinated by Mr. Olah.
He has commit privileges and he's collecting all this stuff together for
tcpdump, so talk to him and make sure that all 4,031 people who are
apparently hacking on tcpdump simultaneously simply coordinate their patches
through him! :-)
