I tried to install mail/thunderbird and got the error. Tried to solve this problem: - reinstalled libtool15; - reinstall freetype2; - use gnome_upgrade.sh script. Every time on installing x11-toolkits/gtk20 stopped with that error. Here is top and tail of config.log.
