PATH is a strange beast, since pkg_add(1) sets it to

   /sbin:/usr/sbin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin

for pkg_req, pkg_install and @exec. pkg_delete(1) just inherits the PATH
given in the environment.
