can read scr

This was the minimal changes I could make in order to read the scr.
The short data of data len 8 and 64  returns the same output as on openbsd.
I have not pin pointed the exact problem, but I'm using the cmd buffer more,
and the sd_set_clock code has changed looking at the linux kernel.=20
I hope some of you can have a look.
