Take the dl*() functions. They're not in fbsd's libc, but they're ing glibc. Doesn't mean they're not easily available. Hell gettext *is* a port. Not every app is going to need to be internationalized, not every app *should* be penalized. If you think it'd be easier to port the whole glibc than to port a hand ful of functions, nobody is stopping you :) - alex You better believe that marijuana can cause castration.
