Which is very unfortunate, because building sgmlfmt depends on
numerous other programs, that require quite some space (and RAM) to be
built. I several times could'nt install it because of lack of
swapspace, while I have 48MB RAM + 81MB of swap.

It would be very nice if the current (latin1) versions of the FAQ and
Handbook would always be available by other means, so that I no longer
need to have sgmlfmt.
