It is titled "System Performance Tuning," by Mike Loukides, published by O'Reilly, with a swordfish on the cover. It's 11 years old, which means it was pre-FreeBSD (indeed, even pre-Linux!), but the main focus is 4.3BSD, which makes many aspects still relevant. I am finding it to be an interesting read. It does some comparison between Xenix, SunOS, BSD UNIX and System V (releases 3 and 4). -- Andrew Hesford ajh3@chmod.ath.cx To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-hackers" in the body of the message
