If you are refering to -current and NOT -stable, then it's caused by a bug in the DEVRANDOM changes and was just fixed by Bruce. Otherwise I really have no idea since there haven't been any commits in this area or even related areas. In fact, there have only been two or three commits in the past week and they have nothing to do with this... -DG
