I have a bandwidth manager between my = router and=20 switch. It's a 800Mhz P3 with 256M RAM. However, i am experiencing  = some=20 latency when pinging the router.  I see as much as time=3D28.317 ms = to the=20 router while other machine give time=3D0.196 ms typically. How do i work = around=20 this to remove the latency effect or reduce it.
