There is no JDK 1.0.2 > native port to FreeBSD at this time. And given Sun's recent 'attitude' regarding Java, there is *very* little chance of one happening. Sun is getting very propriatary (sp?) about Java, and the Linux developers were forced to remove their port of the JDK from ftp sites after being 'contacted' by Sun's lawyers. Sun is no longer 'open' about Java now that they've got enough mindshare to keep momentum going. It's a pretty cheap way of doing business by first promising openness and then renigging on it, but it's only too common in business nowadays. Nate
