	For someone who wants to get up to speed while still making a
contributrion, consider updating documentation.  While the docs are
ganarally good, there are a number of places (including the FAQ and
the Handbook) where material is out-of-date or just poorly worded.
	If you speak a foreign language, there may be a localization
effort with which you can help.
