Thanks, guys, I found and built rtf2LaTeX (I hate those embedded 
capitals) but it seems to choke on the first few lines of this 
Mac-generated document.  I've had lots of trouble in the past trying to 
get Mac postscript to print, so I guess I'm not surprised.  I think I'm 
just going to give this idea up.
