My users complain that 'elm' has changed it's behaviour
from release to release.
This may be a problem of elm, though. Maybe it can be
solved by a setup option now? The points are:

o   There existed an option 'c' allowing for copying a mail into a file.
    This ain't there anymore.

o   The 'g' for 'group reply' is missing.
