When I recently tried to send a test message to my list, mailman spitout the old "reset configure with daemon" gid. Which failed. Eventually I reinstalled from scratch. Now, using lynx and "www.thought.org/mainman" I'm getting: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /mailman/ on this server. Without resubbing to the mailman list, does anybody know what I need to do to resolve this? Yes, mailman:: 91:91 is a nologin acct. I've followed everything, including the FreeBSD readme in the /usr/local/share/doc/mailman directory. thanks, gary PS: I have googled around for "mailman, 403, freebsd" without results. :-| -- Gary Kline kline@thought.org www.thought.org Public service Unix
