No. Now, I think that we want Emacs users (as many as possible) to use emacs-20.x or later, and we needn't support emacs-19.x port. As well as emacs20 when emacs20 is obsolete. Even if we delete the port of obsolete version from port tree, we can checkout it as a previous revision. # we should tagify to a previous revision or not?
